Poppy Joy Dresses Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or use may be refused or subject to partial refund.
  • Items must be returned in original packaging ($5 fee may apply if packaging is missing)
  • Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please use the following link and enter your order details:

All return requests are subject to review and approval.

When submitting your return request, please include the following in the notes:

  • Your preference: refund to original payment method, store credit, or an exchange
  • If requesting an exchange, please specify the item name and size you would like in return

If no preference is provided, the return will be processed as a refund to the original payment method.

Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning your item.

You may either:

  • Use the prepaid return shipping label provided by us (recommended), or
  • Purchase your own return shipping label (please use a trackable shipping service if using this option)

If you use a prepaid label provided by us:

  • The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund, or
  • For exchanges, an invoice for the return shipping label will be sent once the return is received. The invoice must be paid before the exchange item is shipped.

If you purchase and use your own return shipping label, no return shipping charges will be deducted or invoiced by us.

Returns must be shipped within 5 business days of approval.

3. Refunds, Store Credit, and Exchanges

Store Credit (Recommended)
Receive a full refund, including original shipping, as store credit for future purchases.

Exchanges
Exchanges for a different size based on product availability.

  • No restocking fee
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping (see instructions above)
  • Exchange item ships once return is received (if a prepaid return label provided by us was used, any outstanding shipping invoice must be paid before the exchange item is released)

Refund to Original Payment Method
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. A restocking fee of up to $4.90 may be deducted for orders that originally shipped free.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We’ll make it right at no additional cost.
